RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The privacy law (art. 7-10 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 12-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679) guarantees the right to be informed about the processing of data concerning all data subjects, the right to access the data at any time and to request their integration and rectification. In the event that that the conditions laid down by law are met, the involved party can also claim the right to the erasure of data, the limitation of their processing, the data portability, understood as data transfer, and opposition to the processing of data for specific purposes. If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the interested subject, he has the right to revoke the consent given. The suspension of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to the revocation.
